IDC4 BIKE/POWERSPORTS 19
From this IDC4 software version 19 , TEXA decided to better identify the great amount of work carried out throughout the years even on vehicles other than bikes (area in which the company is however a market leader), such as water crafts, quads and snow mobiles, changing the software's name from BIKE to POWERSPORTS. In this software release there are a large number of diagnostic systems related to the major manufacturers of the above mentioned categories, among which the famous American brand SEA-DOO (BRP), leader in the production of water crafts.

Obviously, in version 19, there are even new features dedicated to the major motorcycle brands, among which BMW, DUCATI, HARLEY-DAVIDSON, HONDA and KAWASAKI , and to TEXA's official manufacturers BENELLI, BIMOTA, KEEWAY, MV AGUSTA and SYM.
With respect to the new software features, we wish to highlight the new ECU UPDATE functions, implemented even for IDC4 POCKET.

DIAGNOSIS DEVELOPMENTS
IDC4 POWERSPORTS version 19 offers a large range of new diagnostic features, specifically developed to operate on motorcycles, scooters, quads, water crafts, snow mobiles and utility vehicles.
Among all the important new features of this version, we wish to highlight the following, dedicated to the major brands:
• New brand HUSQVARNA: the diagnosis for the models SM 450, SM 510, SM 610, TE 450, TE 510, TE 610, TE 630 was introduced.
• BENELLI: the models were updated and expanded. The ECU Update function is available, if set by the manufacturer (available only for the last generation tools).
• BIMOTA: the fleet was increased by adding new models, among which DB9 and DB11.
• BMW:
- the diagnosis of the ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC STAND was included for the models K 1200 LT and K 1200 LT (K589/03);
- the GLOBAL SCAN function was included for the models K 1600 GT (K48) and K 1600 GTL (K48);
- the special CIP function to carry out the "run-in limiter unblock" was included for the model S 1000 RR (K46).
• BUELL: the fleet was updated and the diagnosis was distinguished based on the market.
• DUCATI: the model 1199 Panigale and its related PETROL INJECTION, ABS, BBS, E-LOCK and INSTRUMENTATION systems were included. Even the GLOBAL
SCAN functions, the special ACTIVATIONS and CODING and RESET functions, and the e “MAINTENANCE SERVICE” function, through which you can reset the service warning light and perform other adjustments, are available.
• HARLEY-DAVIDSON: introduction of the new GLOBAL SCAN function and of the diagnosis of new systems such as: ABS, REV COUNTER, RADIO e SPEEDOMETER. Significant is also the introduction of the SPECIAL ADJUSTMENTS to carry out:
- The ACR enabling/disabling
- The cruise control enabling/disabling
- The exhaust valve enabling/disabling
- The idle adjustment
• HONDA: the database was simplified and new models were added.
• KAWASAKI: the database was simplified and new models were added.
• KAWASAKI MARINE: the database was simplified and the cable management improved.
• KEEWAY: the models Index 350 and Silver Blade 125 were included.
• KTM: the new diagnostic cable 3151/AP39 was developed.
• MOTO GUZZI: the new model California 1400 an its related systems were included.
• MV AGUSTA: the new models Brutale 800, Brutale 910 R, F4 R and F4 RR were added.
• PIAGGIO: the new model X10 and its related systems were included.
• PIAGGIO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES: the model Porter Electric was introduced.
• SEA-DOO (BRP): the model database was significantly expanded. The "Maintenance service" function for resetting the service warning light is available (if set by the manufacturer).
• SYM: the ABS Bosch diagnosis for the scooter Maxsym 400 (L4A) was included.
• YAMAHA: the model X-City was included, for which the serial diagnosis through the new diagnostic cable 3151/AP40 is set.

NEW SOFTWARE FUNCTIONS

ECU-UPDATE
One of the new features of version 19 is the ECU-UPDATE function, now available even for the POCKET interfaces, implemented with reprogrammings and the complete update of the control unit mappings via Internet*.
* for the AXONE Smart tool, the update requires using a support PC.

GLOBAL SCAN
Among the special functions/configurations that TEXA has developed for you, you will find Global Scan, which scans the vehicle, detecting its control units, all the information and possible errors for the brands DUCATI, BMW and HARLEY DAVIDSON.
In this software version, the Global Scan function was further optimised and simplified for the brand Harley Davidson and for the BMW models K1600 GT and GTL.
